The Amalfi Coast
One of the most beautiful stretches of coastline that I've had the privilege to witness.
breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast using the DJI Mavic pro.
It was a hot summer, strike that, make it scorching hot. No AC anywhere and I was out and about flying the drone every chance I got. Even flew it from a moving boat on my way to Positano. The views of mount Vesuvious were out of this world. It was quite the fly up to and back from the volcano, almost ran out of battery.
Wikipedia: The Amalfi Coast is a 50-kilometer stretch of coastline along the southern edge of Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula, in the Campania region. It’s a popular holiday destination, with sheer cliffs and a rugged shoreline dotted with small beaches and pastel-colored fishing villages. The coastal road between the port city of Salerno and clifftop Sorrento winds past grand villas, terraced vineyards and cliffside lemon groves.
